DIY Fatias de gelatina de morango

Há uns dias decidi pesquisar algumas receitas de sobremesas fáceis e encontrei uma que me agradou bastante.
Quis experimentar porque me pareceu muito fácil e foi mesmo. Demora cerca de 20 minutos. Não é ótimo?

Ingredientes:
1 melão
150g de morangos
Gelatina de morango
Primeiro, preparem a gelatina. Dissolvam a saqueta em 2dl de aguá a ferver e mexam até ficar bem dissolvida. Adicionem mais 2dl de aguá fria, mexam e depois deixem arrefecer. Cortem o melão ao meio e retirem a polpa sem partir a casca (não retirem demasiada para a casca poder manter a sua forma). Depois lavem os morangos, cortem em pedaços e coloquem dentro da casca do melão. Adicionem também a gelatina fria e metam no frigorífico. Para servir, podem cortar em quatro partes e ficam com uma boa apresentação e uma sobremesa deliciosa!

Some days ago I decided to search for some recipies of easy desserts and found one that I really happy with.
I wanted to try because it seemed really easy- and it was. It takes about 20 minutes. Isn't that great?
If anyone of you wants to try it out too I'll leave the recipe.☺
Ingridients:
1 melon
150g of strawberries
Strawberry jello
First, make the jello. Dissolve the jello in 2dl of boiling water and stir until it's well dissolved. Add another 2dl of water (this time cold), stir and then let it cool down. Cut the melon in half and take the pulp without damaging the skin (don't take too much pulp out, it has to be able to maintain the shape). Then wash the strawberries, cut them in pieces and put inside the melon peel. Add the already cold jello and put in the fridge. To serve, you can cut it in four pieces to get an awesome presentation and a delicious dessert!

Para quê desperdiçar? Coloquei os pedaços de melão numa tigela e comi ao lanche. ☺
